01 · My contribution

Team coordination and prototype assembly

For our BSc User Design module, my group designed a clothing-shopping website. We produced paper screens and a low-fidelity Figma prototype covering product browsing, filtering and basket management.

I led the group, assigned responsibilities, monitored progress and coordinated the assembly of the final prototype. I also created the presentation video. The interface designs shown here were produced by the team.

02 · Prototyping

Paper screens and a Figma prototype

We used paper screens to discuss the page layouts and navigation before creating the Figma version. We demonstrated the prototype to classmates and refined it using their feedback and the team’s own evaluations.

The paper prototype included product filters for price, colour and size, as well as a confirmation before removing an item from the basket. These are examples of the interaction states we included in the design.

03 · Reflection

Teamwork and informal feedback

My main contribution was coordinating individual tasks and bringing the team’s screens together into one prototype. Demonstrating it to classmates gave us feedback to discuss before revising the design.

This was informal peer feedback, not a study with recruited retail customers. In a similar project now, I would record each task, observation and resulting change so the team could trace why a revision was made.
